Ink Issues

macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I ran out of yellow ink.  In the past when I get low HPII sends me ink.  I have been waiting for over a week.  I can’t print color pages correctly with out yellow.  All of my other colors are low and I need to print a color book with 500 and I need my ink.  Where is it?  And I want more so when I run out I can replace and continue to print.  How do I get more ink?  Is there a number I can call?
