I am signed up for HP Instant Ink. It has said it's going to deliver my ink a week for over a month now. My printer is totally out of ink. My printer is connected to the internet. There is no proper customer service so I'm reaching out here as a last ditch effort before I cancel my subscription and write a bad review. It feels unacceptable to not have customer service. Thanks!
