I signed up to the instant ink service on the 31st of March but have not received the cartridges yet. Not sure who to contact or anyone else have a same problem. What app contact wasn’t useful and the auto contact keep saying the office is closed. I had to buy two black and 1 coloured toner already. Thank you so much for any help. I appreciated.

I signed up to instant ink on the 30th march was told approx 10 days have tried on virtual chat and that is no help to my delivery status... no update.. obviously understand there are problems around the world right now but then they should update delivery times. I cannot use my printer as I'm out of black ink... so it's useless... two kids that have to do school work and cant print anything
