HP DeskJet 2620 All-in-One Printer

HP Deskjet 2620 showing tri colour inkjet fault although cartridge is full of ink. Instant Ink will not provide another cartridge until I fix the fault. All actions to correct fault taken several times with temporary success. The cartridge is not bought in and says it is a genuine HO cartridge 65/304 N9K09A. I have noticed in the past that some Made in China cartridges do not work and Made in Malaysia do. This faulty cartridge has no country of origin on it. Any ideas and how do I get Instant Ink to send me another tri colour cartridge?

Kindly perform the steps from this document which say, "Cartridge errors" and see if that helps. 

Keep me posted if any error occurs along with the screenshots.
