Hi, first off no tel contact number for HP - FRUSTRATING!

Issue: Colour ink cartridge comes up with ink cartridge problem

I'm now hitting a brick wall as suggests I need replacement cartridge which can't be ordered as it come up with an error code.

Cleaned and followed process to fix and no joy.

Can someone advise please asap?

Please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details (e.g. email address) so that I can look into your account and get you a replacement cartridge.  Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little envelope, please click on it to send a private message.
