Ink cartridge error

Envy 6200 series

Have an ink cartridge error message for black cartridge. Followed instructions for removing and recording but still got error message. Do not have a replacement cartridge to try replacing and can't find how to order a replacement...any help appreciated

If you have already performed all the troubleshooting steps from this document HP ENVY 6200, 7100, 7800 Printers - Ink Cartridge Errors and still have issues, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
