Ink cartridge help

I bought Hp ink cartridge from walmart today and used the guide book at the store. They only had high capacity ink cartridges #63 so I got the double pack for $45-48. Got home installed them and printer said something like non-compatible cartridge. Old cartridge was just regular basic ink but was a #60. Double checked the Walmart guide book and it said the #63 is correct. Any help would be greatly appreciated. But the way it's looking now I just wasted $50.00

Your HP Envy 4512 All-in-One Printer uses HP 63 and HP 63XL ink cartridges. You have purchased the right ink cartridges.

To isolate the issue further I would recommend you follow the steps from the document HP Printers - 'Incompatible Ink Cartridge' or 'Ink Cartridges Missing' Error Displays.


If your printer is HP Instant Ink enrolled, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
