My HP Envy Photo 7130 keeps telling me to remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge. I did this and the error message will not go away. So I removed and reinstalled the black cartridge several times, and the error message will not go away and my printer will not print! I suspect the cartridge is empty what do I need to do? Please HELP! Every time this error occurs a replacement cartridge appears to clear the problem instantly.

The error you describe indicates an electrical issue rather than an empty cartridge. I would suggest removing the cartridge and cleaning the electrical contacts on the cartridge and the mating electrical contacts in the printer with a damp lint-free wipe. A clean, slightly moistened coffee filter works well for this.

the document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
