I have received ink cartridge 67/305 which is too long. Have phoned and said that I need 3YM82A.
they have sent 3JB26A which are too long.
They say they will send me another cartridge but it will be the same!!
How do I get through to them what I need.
my printer is deskjet 4100

I understand the replacement Instant Ink cartridges are bigger than the previous ones. Yes, Instant Ink cartridges are bigger and designed to fit in the printer.
Did you try installing them? Do you get any errors?
Check if the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
If this does not help, I see that you have already contacted the Instant Ink team who is sending you replacements. Kindly wait for the same.
