Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
- Use the printer’s control panel or software to print a diagnostic page.
- Run the built-in printhead cleaning utility from the printer settings.
- Perform a printhead alignment through the printer menu.
- Ensure the print job is not set to “Black & White” or “Grayscale” in the printer settings.
- Remove and reinstall the cartridges securely.
- Power off, unplug for 60 seconds, then restart.
- Check HP’s support site for firmware updates.
- Print from a different device or application.
- Remove and reinstall the printer software.
- Ensure the color cartridge vents are clear.
