Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I hear that the last HP Instant Ink shipment went to the wrong address. HP recommends contacting HP Instant Ink support for help. You can also verify or change your shipping address in your Instant Ink account:
 

  1. Sign in to your HP Instant Ink account or Instant Ink for Business account.
     
  2. Click HP Instant Ink > Overview.
     
  3. Make sure the correct printer is selected.
     
  4. Click Change next to Shipping in the Plan Details section.
