I'm enrolled on Instant Ink, but I haven't had a shipment since March 2020. My printer is showing that the colour cartridge is empty (I've not been able to print in colour for a long time), yet my II account says that it's full 😑
How do I trigger another ink shipment?
My printer is connected to the internet when it's turned on, although it isn't left on all of the time as I don't have space, so it gets packed away in between uses. It isn't feasible for me to leave it out on the dining room table at all times!
Thanks in advance.

For your current case I would suggest connecting the printer to the internet and leaving it on for 24 hours, that should allow the printer to connect to the server and get up to date.
The Instant Ink plan is likely to not be suitable for you if you cannot leave the printer connected to the internet. The printer needs to be able to communicate its printing status as well as ink levels to the Instant Ink servers. See section 5.c of the terms of service here.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
