Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer

If your surface ink jets are somewhat clogged and you can’t use liquid to clean. 
Use a fine sewing needle long enough to hold. 
With a bright light ; slowly move your needle around the perforated surface and use soft tissue for cleaning. 
You should be able to see all your clogged areas (do not overdue it cause damage..)

Run your cleaning solution see if it works?
