I have been trying to print in color but everytime it prints in black & white only. I have run diagnostics, cleaned printheads (on HP Smart), and physically cleaned the color cartridge. When I cleaned the printheads, cyan and yellow were really light and faded, and there was no magenta. When physically cleaning the cartridge, only cyan and yellow ink bled out - no magenta. I'm not sure where the root of the problem is or if it simply needs a new cartrige but because my ink levels are "okay" I am unable to get a new cartridge through Instant Ink.
