I have an Hp Office Jet pro 8030 series.  I am on the insta ink program.  My ink levels are indicating that they are fine and not low however, I can only get it to print with pink or black.  The yellow and blue ink are not working.  I have cleaned the print heads according to the help center, I checked the printer cartridges to see if the ink was low, if there was anything blocking the vents, anything that the help center suggested.  I am stuck.  I could really use some help trying to fix this problem.  Thank you!
