My instant ink shipment has been sent today, but to my old address. I had forgotten to change it after moving house. It has now been updated on my profile.
What can I do about the cartridge sent to the wrong address? I have no guarantee that the new occupiers will forward it on. I won’t be able to request an additional cartridge because the system will know that one was already sent out.
