This is my third attempt over the past few months to get ink. My last shipment was delivered to the wrong address. So the HP system thinks I have a box of ink, but I do not have it. There is no way to get this solved online, chat is closed again, and when I call and follow the series of automated questions, there is nobody to talk to and I am disconnected. So it's back to the web, which has taken half an hour to search through again and to finally ask this question. Where are you, Mr. Ink box???
