I want to understand, why if I am enrolled to instant ink, I am paying periodically and HP can see me online, why I am in a situation that I have to wait more than 2 week to my ink? Why it's not arrive just before it's finished?

Hi @Asi7,
Welcome to the HP support community.
First and foremost, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. The Instant Ink program is designed to monitor your ink levels remotely and ship new cartridges before you run out, so you can continue printing without interruption. If you're experiencing delays, that falls short of our intended service.
While your printer is enrolled and connected, there are a few possible reasons for delayed shipments:
- Connectivity interruptions may prevent us from receiving real-time ink level updates.
- Shipping delays in your region can impact delivery, especially during peak times or due to courier issues.
Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
Here is the link to find the product number: - Click here
To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon in the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile and send a private message to me with the serial number, because we value your privacy.

Hi @Asi7,
Thank you for sharing the details. request you to please not share any such details in public going forward.
We have confirmed that your printer currently shows black ink levels above 90% and color ink levels above 80%. Based on these levels, there is no immediate need for a replacement shipment at this time.
To clarify how HP Instant Ink works:
- With HP Instant Ink, you pay for the number of pages you print, not the amount of ink you use. This means you can print high-quality photos or documents without worrying about how much ink they consume.
- HP monitors your ink levels automatically. When any cartridge reaches approximately 20% or lower, the system triggers a free ink shipment to ensure you never run out.
- Shipping and recycling are also included at no extra cost, and you’ll always receive ink before you run out, not after.
We hope this helps explain the program! If you have any additional questions or concerns, we’re here to assist you further.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
