Ink tank 310 - usbsetup.exe is not detecting the printer connected

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All of a sudden my printer had gone offline and tried all possible ways to work but in vain.

 

Have reinstalled software, drivers, reboot, but nothing works. Printer connected is not even getting detected. After installation if I try again,  usbsetup.exe is not even detecting the printer connected. There are no damages to USB cable or the cord.

I see that you have issues with printer installation, let us try to isolate and resolve the issue-

 

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor

Download HP Print and Scan Doctor and run the program. It will automatically diagnose and fix any printer connectivity issues.

Also, try the steps from the document https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02266743 for further assistance.

Issue resolved. Thanks for the follow-up. But not with the HP scan doctor as that too failed to detect the printer. I had to do a complete backup of my system, format and reinstall everything again to get this fixed.
