I keep getting cartridge or account error printer not connected tray empty or open but everything shows correct and I just reinstated subscription

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues with your printer after reinstating your subscription. Let's figure this out together.

 

  • Did you receive new Instant Ink cartridges after reinstating your subscription, or are you using older ones?
  • Have you tried removing and reinserting the cartridges to ensure proper installation?
  • Is your printer connected to the internet and showing as online in your HP account?

If you are enrolled in the instant ink program, I would need a few details. 

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
