I put in an EZ ink cartridge. The fax machine threw an error. A "remote agent" signed me up on the HP+ program while they were in my account! It is time stamped on my email that says "welcome to HP+" at 4:20 pm WHILE I was on the line with an HP agent trying to get my EZ ink to work. Effectively they locked me out to NOT solve my problem. She also wanted access to my phone so she could "see through my phone what I was doing". She was going to send me a text with a link. Obviously, I did not. Anyone have the same experience or understanding as to what happened. I've unplugged the whole thing and ordered a Brother fax machine!
