How do I cancel my subscription for the monthly ink. I moved to my new location back in may 2021, I changed my address on my account I believe October 2021. I have been getting charged the 5.99 monthly since and I have not received any ink or paper.
i tried chatting with someone and it wouldn’t let me go forward because my printer was offline but it actually was not. I had literally just printed something and it still said offline on their side. I have literally been getting my money out of my account for no reason.

The printer could be locally connected (for example, by USB or a local network) but not have access to the internet.  Examples could be things like a firewall blocking certain types of external internet access.  For example, often college dormitory networks are set up to limit access outside the internal networks.

See the link here for information on canceling your Instant Ink account.

Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
