Dear HP Support Team,
I hope this email finds you well.
I purchased an HP printer from Costco and understand that it may come with a six-month free ink subscription as part of the Instant Ink program. I would like to confirm whether this offer has been activated on my account or if there are any steps I need to complete to activate it.
Here are my printer and account details for your reference:
Printer Model: HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 series
Serial Number: TH3AK6P112
HP Account Email: nicoleyu428@**bleep**.com
I have already activated the PIN; however, it does not specify when the six-month free period ends. Instead, it only displays the message: "You're enrolled in HP Instant Ink! Your page count starts when you insert the first subscription cartridge."
Could you kindly confirm the activation status and provide details about the end date of the free trial? Please let me know if you need any additional information.
