Has anyone else received defective cartridges? I’m on the insta ink program for years, and I have enjoyed the program; however, the last cartridges I received were defective, the ink spilled into my Hp printer bin, destroying my printer.

 

I’ve made HP reps. aware of this issue and I still haven’t received a call back or an email with a solution. I need my printer replaced, or they should send me the value of a comparable printer, ASAP.
