I canceled my insta ink service a while ago due to lack of use. However, I would now like to resubscribe, but I need help. I have an All-in-One printer 2722, and when I try to re-enroll, I reach the point where I am asked to press both buttons, Info simultaneously and Cancel, to print a code. But, of course, the printer does not print anything. I also reset to-factory several times the printer and starter from scratch with the re-enrollment procedure, but no luck again. Any help would be very appreciated.

Hi @Aldoo,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
“Your Instant Ink account page has data on past deliveries and estimated shipments. It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP’s data. Any issues will be shown with steps to fix them. Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at “instantink.com”.
You can log in to your instant ink account page and at the right side of the page, you should have a re-enroll option. Click it to enroll back in the program.
If you canceled your HP Instant Ink service but changed your mind, you have until the end of the current billing cycle to stop the cancellation. Check the status of your cancellation, and then click the button to keep the enrollment. If the button to keep the enrollment is not available, you can re-enroll the printer.
Go to hpinstantink.com/signin (the HP Connected website) to sign in to your HP Instant Ink account, if you are not signed in already.
Your HP Instant Ink account page opens.
Evaluate the printer Status.
If a Cancellation in Progress message displays in the My Account section, click Keep Enrollment and then follow the on-screen prompts to stop the cancellation.
If a Not Enrolled message displays, or if the account page for the printer does not display, the cancellation has been completed. Follow the steps in Enrolling in HP Instant Ink to re-enroll your printer.
Also, if you have issues registering in instant ink. Please share instant ink details in a private message, so I can check the records.

Hi Elohi_NR,
Thanks for reaching out. And for your help!
However, I tried everything mentioned before, including the steps you kindly provided.
Whatever paths I follow, I will be stuck at the part where I must press both buttons simultaneously, and nothing happens. The printer keeps blinking, and it does not print anything at all.
I have no idea how to overcome that.
Thanks for your support again,
Aldo
