 I'm in the US and I have my insta ink plan, but I must travel to Mexico, will you still pay for my plan but can I use my printer in Mexico and keep getting the ink?

I understand that you're concerned about whether your HP Instant Ink subscription will work while you're traveling to Mexico. Let’s go through some important points and troubleshooting steps to ensure a smooth experience:

 

Instant Ink Regional Availability

  • HP Instant Ink services are only available in specific countries. If your subscription was activated in the U.S., it may not work in Mexico.
  • You can check HP’s official Instant Ink support page to confirm service availability in Mexico.

Shipping of Instant Ink Cartridges

  • HP Instant Ink cartridges are shipped based on your registered address. Since Mexico is outside the U.S., HP won’t ship replacement ink to a foreign address.
  • If you have regular Ink cartridges before leaving, take them with you to continue printing after regional reset.
