I do not want to enroll in the Insstaink program.  In my opinion it is a miserable failure and not customer friendly. Harsh but truer. Now my printer screen tells me I must enroll in order to use the printer.  Is this true or can I buy cartidges...I used to be able to and now receive this erroneous message.  Please advise

Kindly refer to the steps under "How do I fix cartridge errors associated with printer enrollment?" on this link as per the printer enrollment status and let me know if that fixes the issue.

All I want to know is how to print with the cartridges that I purchased without receiving an error message

After multiple exchanges with HP support, I have not received a solution to not being able to print using cartridges that I have purchased. I do not want to enroll in the Instaink program.  I'll buy an Epson or a Canon. Need to print schematics today. In my opinion, HP does not have a customer friendly support service.
