Has anyone had an issue with the instant ink subscription being canceled, not initiated by yourself?

I signed up for instant ink free trial, was charged $5.39 twice, then received an email which says my subscription cancellation was successful. 
I don’t know how to get ahold of customer support online, is it something I need to call to get answers?

why is there no live agent chat option, or am I missing where it is located?
