Hi..  I threw,away my pamphlet that came with my printer by accident. How do I get my 6 mos free trial of insta ink? I have my receipt

 Could you assist me with my instant ink subscription activation! I bought my printer last month with 6 months free subscription but I’m not able to activate it!  I’ve manage to open the account but the subscription is not activated! 
I’ll appreciate your help, I’m running out of ink and I’m not able to reach any help!
