Problems accessing the free ink offer - had problems finding the pin as the HP info was that it was on a flyer in the box but there was no flyer. Took it back to store, couldn’t help. Tried to get support from retailer on the phone, from HP through online chat and when this failed took the printer back to store but referred again to HP. Anyway having googled I saw advice as to where to look for the pin - success. All was ok until I entered the PIN (from the letdown where the ink cartridges are installed) but it was invalid. I bought the printer 8 days ago. I think I saw online that the offer is valid for 7 days so maybe that is the answer. But all this faffing about has taken ages when I had an urgent job to do. How can I resolve my problem?

I understand you are looking for free Instant Ink months. If the offer is mentioned on the printer box, it will get credited automatically. You don't have to enter any code.
Once enrolled within 7 days of installation, the free months will automatically be credited to your Instant Ink account. For assistance with enrollment, refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
Make sure the printer is enrolled/registered in Instant Ink.

Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
