Hi, after changing the instank ink cartridges of my HP printer I can't print as it always appears that the colors are still missing and I can't understand the problem. I recently canceled my instank ink subscription but I doubt that's the problem as the cartridges are still new and never used. How can I fix it? Thank you.

I'd like to help!

 

If you cancel your instant ink account and try to use instant ink cartridges, then it may not work once canceled. 

 

And here's what you need to know & do:

 

If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer, remove it and discard that, you can only use regular cartridges on your printer once you cancel the program.

 

That said, if you have trouble using regular cartridges, I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536

 

when done successfully, check if it works fine.
