Hello,
I need help from HP Instant Ink support for my account in Germany. I live abroad and cannot call the German phone line, and the Virtual Assistant only offers phone support.
Situation:
- Printer: HP ENVY 6020e
- My first Instant Ink subscription ran from June to December 2024 and ended normally.
- I moved out of Germany in December 2024.
- In April 2025 a second subscription was created on the same printer. I only discovered it this week.
- Pages printed: 45 in April 2025, 5 in May 2025, and 0 pages every month since June 2025. The portal shows the printer's last connection in July 2025.
- Still, EUR 4.99 has been debited every month by SEPA direct debit.
- I cancelled the subscription on 27.10.2026. The portal shows the cancellation is being processed.
My request:
- I accept the charges for April and May 2025.
- Please refund all billing cycles from June 2025 with 0 pages printed (16 cycles x EUR 4.99 = EUR 79.84) and waive the current cycle.
Could an HP employee please contact me by private message? I will send my subscription ID, account email and address there.
Thank you.
