HP Tango

Ever since I got an updated router, my hp tango will not maintain connectivity.  After trying all of the connectivity troubleshooting suggestions, I did a factory reset.  Now I'm stuck in a loop.  I'm getting an error message that I don't have an instant ink account (which I do) so it won't let me print with my current cartridges.  You can't get a real person on Instant Ink, only a virtual assistant who asks if my account is paid up (it is).  I can't check my internet connectivity because it tells me to print out my HP Tango internet password which, apparently, is not the same as my wifi password?  Anyway, I can't print anything and I've been working on this issue for 2 1/2 hours now.  Ugh.

Welcome to the HP English Community --

 

Make sure Web Services are running.

Even having updated all the IPv4 network settings with your new network might not start Web Services.

Already tried that?  Ignore and move on...

 

When you contact Instant Ink Support, you should certainly get a "real person".

Perhaps the lines are busy -- try again?
