When I print I get a full screen advertisement about joining Instant Ink.  I don't want Instant Ink and I don't want the advertisement.  I want it to go away but the only solution is to close it and it shows up again when I print again

Hi @ABQJim

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Try these steps to turn off the printer notifications -

Click on the Start or the Windows icon > Settings > System > Notifications & Actions > Scroll down and turn printer notifications: off

If the issue still persists, try removing the Web Services -

1. From the printer control panel display, touch ( ePrint ), and then touch (Web Services Settings).
2. Touch Remove Web Services.
3. Touch Yes to confirm.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
