Hi, i have just received my first instant ink cartridges and the black says it has failed. I have been through all steps on the Virtual Assistant to clean contacts, power off printer etc but the error is the same. The old cartridge does not produce any errors if i put it back in, but that ink is empty so cannot print. Can you tell me how i get a replacement cartridge please?

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
