Hello, I have a HP DeskJet 3700 and the blank ink suddenly stopped working. Only color works.

 

I tried the "Clean Printhead" tool twice already, both times doing the 2nd more in-depth cleaning but it still didn't work.

 

This has happened to me already, I think the cartridge is defective. 

 

Any thoughts on what I can do?
