HP OfficeJet Pro 6960
Microsoft Windows 11

I've been trying to re-enroll my OfficeJet Pro 6960 printer to Instant Ink, I was last subscribed a few months ago. I've re-enrolled before in the past without issue, but now when I try to enroll my printer, I get the message: 'This printer is no longer eligible for re-enrolment in the Instant Ink program. You may contact HP Instant Ink Support for further assistance.'

As far as I'm aware, the printer is still eligible for Instant Ink. I have reset the printer settings, and reset web services, and entered the new info but just keep getting that message at the checkout, and can't seem to find a solution.
