Hi, Any help much appreciated. I have had an IT engineer to look at this issue and have carried out all steps as advised by HP, and have contacted HP via the WhatsApp service (where responses come every 48h if at all). I have a tricolour cartridge which seems to be causing a problem. I cannot print and the HP Smart app tells me there is a connection issue with the cartridge. I have dis/re-enabled web services, carried out a full reset (power cord out, cartridges out etc), cleaned the cartridge etc. Looking at the tricolour cartridge, one of the circuit copper 'dots' on the back seems missing some coverage, with a small, silver hole. I think this is causing the issue. HP have not sent me a replacement despite their systems indicating an error with the cartridge. I cannot get any assistance via any other means, please help!

It might be too late in the day in your region to contact Instant Ink Support.
That just means you must wait for morning, I think.
Instant Ink Support is in charge of your supplies for Instant Ink cartridges.
