My K (black cartridge says it is damaged or missing. This is a new Instant Ink cartridge I just installed. I can keep reseating it until it works again, but that is a hassle every time I print. How do I get a replacement K cartridge for my printer through my Instant Ink subscription and not go to the store to buy one?
