Hi All,
I just received new Instant Ink Cartridge 3-color model 63/302/65/304, code MYS2 231200 220617 2313
My printer is an HP OfficeJet 5230 All-In-One.
After installing it printer displays a communication error between cartridge and printer and does not start alignment. I needed to reinstall old cartridge (fortunately I can use it for few prints). What can I do? Do I have to send back the cartridge?
Thank you in Advance,
Michele.

Hi @BU78,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Update the printer firmware
