Installed a new instant ink cartridge made in Malaysia received from HP and received the following message: Cartridge can only be used in printer that initially installed it. I tried all of the HP recommended ways to get it to work but was not successful. I need a replacement ASAP.

I appreciate you reaching out to me. I decided that I didn't want to deal with printer cartridges and purchased the HP Smart Tank 7602 since my printer was very old. I canceled my Instant Ink account. Again, thank you.
