I have been using my HP Officejet 9010 for a while but today I cannot connect to the WiFi. I have an Instant Ink account but the printer will not let me reset the wifi settings until I enrol the printer to enable the instant ink cartridges to be used. I am using Windows 10 64 bit. The WiFi blue light is flashing on the printer. I cannot get out of this loop. Can anyone give me advice

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's remove web services:
To remove Web Services using the printer control panel 1. From the top of the screen, touch or swipe down the tab to open the Dashboard, touch ( HP ePrint ), and then touch (Web Services Settings). 2. Touch Remove Web Services.
Once done, please enable web services back.
Let me know if this helps.

Unfortunately the screen was locked with Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant ink. It was enrolled but as the WiFi light was blinking it wasn't communicating. The only way we could get out of this predicament was to go out and buy some ink cartridges and install them in the place of the instant ink cartridges which unlocked the screen and allowed us to reinstate the WiFi so the printer is back to normal. Unfortunately we had to buy a new printer as we couldn't wait for cartridges as we are a business and needed the documents so this is now going to be used as a back up and so I have cancelled instant ink from this machine. A bit of a silly situation to be in and I would have thought there could have been a better way around it.
