I have an Instant Ink color cartridge that is full, but only prints yellow and blue. Twice I have gone to the HP Instant Ink customer support site, went through the troubleshooting steps, and got a case #. I tried calling the phone number and was put on hold for hours before I had to hang up (I don't have time to wait on hold that long). There is no customer support email address or support portal to log a ticket. I need to be able to print in color, but don't know what to do to get a new cartridge shipped to me. Any advice or assistance would be appreciated.

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
