Hello Community 

min writing today because I’m disgusted with the way I was treated the other day on the phone with customer service with HP instant ink. I have been a customer for a long time and sometimes because I’m in school I have to switch my plans. I do a lot of printing some months and then not so much other months so I had switch my plan and they still charged me for the highest plan that they have which is $68. 
I had downgraded a month before and it still has not taken affect so that way that they can steal your money. so when you upgrade it’s immediate and when you downgrade they make you wait two months or two billing. So they can take your money I’m gonna tell you right now they took my money for my cell phone bill I had no clue that they were even taking this money out this month and I’m always charged the beginning of the month this time I’m charge the end of the month so I called back and I asked them to please return my money they can suspend my account until Saturday at least know I had some young millennial Woman totally treat me disrespectfully it’s my money and if I want a refund on it I should be able to get a refund on my instant Inc. account but no I had to go through listening to the reasons why they don’t want to give me one then they transferred me to a supervisor which I got hung up on several times and then I tried to call back I got nowhere because it wouldn’t be automated system wouldn’t get me to someone to talk to you about returning my money of course so they can keep it I am totally disgusted with HP right now. I have the paper add on which after running out of paper  I ended up having to go out and spend my own money two months ago because they wouldn’t send me any more paper I had to go out and spend tons of money to purchase paper and they still charged me for the paper add-on on top of me having to go out and spending extra because they wouldn’t send me any paper when I was out. 
I called about the paper add-on I got the runaround I was told sorry we don’t handle this part of it so then they finally after five different transfers I ended up get someone gave me an email which I emailed several times in two months no one ever answered my email about the paper add-on. 

this month I asked for a refund of my $68 that they took out and I couldn’t pay my cell phone bill I am a grandmother I take care of two of my grandchildren and two of my other children all by myself I’m not working I lost my job during Covid and I’ll tell you right now these people are so rude and uncompassionate and I’ve been a customer for a very long time. I am very upset I want my money returned to my account and if I do not see it I am going to cancel my account and I’m gonna have all my family members and friends cancel this as well. I told them that I would pay them on Saturday today being Thursday now I am all done with this if this was them and they had only a little bit in their account to spend they be very upset too that their cell phone got turned off because they turned around and took out money that they were not entitled to take. 
as it stands now if I do not receive my refund the 67 and change minus the 700 page plan that’s all I wanted I asked them to return 30 something dollars of my money because I had downgraded to the 700 page plan and they couldn’t even do that so if I do not see that I was signed up for the 700 page plan and charge for the 700 page plan and I want my refund for the highly highly charged highest plan I am going to have everyone I know including myself of course cancel the service and I will find another service to somebody else we all will be finding somebody else .

I find it very very rude and disrespectful that when I had a problem because I wanted a refund of half the money and that’s all I asked for I didn’t ask for the whole amount being returned just what I downgraded to over a month ago I got played with with hanging up on me being put on hold several times I spent two hours of my day on the phone to get nowhere with HP just so everybody in this community knows this is how you treated when you need them to be there for you. Just don’t trust them I’ve never seen such childish behavior from a well-known company. I will be looking for another company and I’ll let the community know what I find. You all need to know the truth about how you’ll be treated if you ask for your money back .
