I still have my Instant Ink account but have not been able to print  for weeks. At first it seemed like a wireless connection issue but now with that fixed Instant Ink is still saying it lost connection with the printer and everything they suggest to do is not working. Also, plenty of ink, internet strong …this is maddening.

I see you are experiencing printer issues says the problem has occurred with the HP account.

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page. 

If that does not help, 

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted.

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

 

I am sending you a private message with the information required. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

 

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
