Instant Ink First Shipment

Is there any way to get my first ink shipment faster than 10 business days? Or my friend has extra instant ink cartridges, would they work in my printer? We have the same printer. I heard I can’t just go buy some at a store once I’ve enrolled to instant ink, so don’t think that’s an option. Thanks for any info!
