Hi - I just bought a new HP Tango printer and during setup using the HP Smart app it did not offer Instant Ink free trial even though inside the box there is a flyer advertising free 2-month trial. Can someone help?  Thanks!

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?

 

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I just purchased the Envy Pro 6458 which came with a 5 month free trial.  I entered the credit card information per the instructions and am enrolled in a plan, but my account doesn't show the 5 month free trial period.  A bit frustrated as the rest of the setup process went smoothly.
