Hi all,

Bought my printer today and didn't see a code on the flyer or a way to start the free trial on the enrollment / set up on the app. On my account online there's no free months mention anywhere — help much appreciated!

@Jack197, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

There is no free plan now. That offer is no longer available. You will have to pick a plan according to your requirements as mentioned on the Instant Ink home page that will be a paid plan.

Do you have any offers mentioned on the printer box about the free months? If yes, free months are different from the free plan. Once you select the plan, you will get that many free months credited to your Instant Ink account.

Hope this answers your query.

Hi @kumar0307,

Apoligies - I was referring to the content on the box about the 4 months free. I've signed up to instant ink but the months aren't showing on my account. I've been told I'll be started billing from when I receive my first cartridges, but nothing mentioned about the free months.

Thanks!

Jack
