I understand the HP app keeps loading when trying to access Instant Ink, and I’ll help you with this.
 

To assist you better, could you please confirm what exactly is happening:

  • Are you trying to order ink, and it keeps loading? 
  • Is the app stuck on the Instant Ink page
  • Are you trying to register/enroll for Instant Ink
  • Or is this happening when you try to manage your account

 

In the meantime, please try these basic steps:

1. Restart the app and device

  • Close the HP app completely 
  • Restart your phone/computer 
  • Open the app again 
  • Make sure you are on a stable Wi-Fi connection 
  • Avoid a mobile hotspot if possible 

 

2. Sign out and sign back in

  • Open the HP app 
  • Sign out of your account 
  • Sign back in 

 

3. Update or reinstall the app

 

4. Try from a browser (important check)

👉 If it works in the browser but not in the app, it confirms an app-related issue.

 

5. Clear app cache (Android)

  • Go to Settings → Apps → HP app → Storage → Clear Cache
