Thanks for reaching out!

 

HP Instant Ink charges your saved payment method at the end of each monthly billing cycle. Your monthly charge is based on the plan and pages printed, with additional charges if you exceed your included pages.

 

You can check your exact billing date by signing in to your HP Instant Ink account and going to Print and Payment History.

 

Also, HP does not necessarily ship ink every month; shipments are triggered by your ink usage, while billing follows your subscription cycle.
